Rotisserie chicken is a chicken dish prepared by seasoning chicken with herbs and spices, placing it on a spit, and slowly rotating it over an open flame in a dedicated oven using a technique known in French as “rôtir” (ロティール), meaning “to roast.”

By slowly and evenly cooking the chicken over time, the skin becomes crisp and savory while the meat remains juicy and full of the chicken’s natural flavor. We invite you to savor both in every bite. We look forward to welcoming you.

I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the meal in Hungrybuzz. I had a 3 course meal, with a couple of beers. Considering the quality, the price is reasonable. Ideal for those who want a romantic night out. There was also plenty of room for bigger groups.
