An accomplished chef who has honed his craft through keen observation and years of dedication.
Born in Saitama Prefecture in 1989. After graduating from university, he joined the Sales Department.
In his second year, he transferred to the Food Service Division, where he worked for seven years and discovered his passion for the food service industry. In 2018, at the age of 29, he became a restaurant manager. He continues to deepen his knowledge of food, exploring restaurants in his private time as well. What makes his work rewarding is hearing customers say, “Delicious.”

After graduating from high school, he spent 13 years supporting a large and lively restaurant.
Working in a place where he encountered countless smiles every day, he developed the ability to respond flexibly to any situation and built strong teamwork skills. Even during the busiest moments, he has continued to serve dishes that satisfy both his customers and himself.
Drawing on the experience he gained and refined through years of hard work in the heart of Tokyo, he is ready to take on a new challenge!
