ALZE is a specialty rotisserie chicken restaurant with a concept inspired by the atmosphere of the American West Coast. From the bright, open interior comes the inviting aroma of rosemary, thyme, and other herbs used for our rotisserie chicken.

ROTISSERIE CHICKEN

The word “rôtir” (ロティール) in “rotisserie chicken” means “to roast” in French. We roast whole bone-in chickens using a technique known as rotisserie, slowly cooking them at a low temperature over time while allowing excess fat to render out, resulting in a healthier chicken with fewer calories. Even cooking creates a crisp, savory exterior while keeping the inside tender and juicy.

ALZE’s rotisserie chicken is made with “Tsukuba Chicken,” a premium Japanese chicken raised on carefully selected feed. Approximately 900,000 Tsukuba Chickens are produced each year, exclusively by contracted farmers.
We use authentic French herbs and spices and marinate the chicken for two days with natural salt. It is then slowly roasted in a dedicated oven imported from France.
